TERMS
$500.00 US deposit is required to hold your reservation.
One member of your party must be 55 or over to obtain a
guest pass and have access to all of the amenities
available to you. Your first months rent must be
received at least 21 days prior to commencement date.
REFUND
POLICY
Refund of your deposit (less $75.00 maintenance fee) at
departure, if home has no damage or missing items except
for normal wear and tear.
